I keep meeting Makers who live close by to me so I thought it would be a great idea to connect people. Having piloted the first Makers Meet Up in March for professional Crafts people in Shropshire and further afield, I’m hoping to run them every month going forward. We had a great turn out last time and it was good to connect makers from all different disciplines. A safe space was created where people could talk openly about their work, circumstances and all being in the same boat...making a living from their Craft.
